Summary

This study is testing a new drug called RiMO-301, which is injected directly into tumors. It is being combined with a short, intense course of radiation and an existing immunotherapy drug (a PD-1 inhibitor) for people with advanced head and neck cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. The main goals are to see if this combination is safe and if it can help shrink tumors and control the cancer.
