First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 33 times

Summary

This study tests whether adding an immunotherapy drug (pucotenlimab) to a targeted therapy (MRG003) before standard chemoradiation can shrink tumors more effectively in people with advanced head and neck cancer. About 106 adults aged 18-75 will take part. Half will get the drug combo, half will get MRG003 alone, followed by chemoradiation. The goal is to see which approach works better.
