Summary

This study is testing two different drug combinations for people with advanced head and neck cancer that has returned or spread. It compares a newer two-drug immunotherapy plus chemotherapy against a standard one-drug immunotherapy plus chemotherapy. The goal is to see if the newer combination is more effective at controlling the cancer and is safe for patients who haven't had prior treatment for their advanced disease.
