Summary
This study is testing a mobile phone app designed to help people with hepatitis D (HDV) manage their health. The app lets patients track lab results, answer quality-of-life questions, and communicate with their doctors between visits. The main goal is to see if using the app helps patients attend their scheduled medical appointments more regularly.
