Summary
This early-stage trial tests a new drug called HDM2024 in about 63 people with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments. The main goals are to check if the drug is safe and to find the best dose. Participants receive the drug once every three weeks, with tumor scans every six weeks to see if it shrinks their cancer.
