Summary
This early-stage study tests a new drug called HDM2024 in 63 people with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments. The main goals are to check if the drug is safe and to see if it can shrink tumors. Participants receive the drug once every three weeks, with scans every six weeks to track results.
