This early-stage study tested two new drug combinations (HDM201 with MBG453 or venetoclax) in adults with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) or high-risk myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS). The main goal was to check safety and find the right dose. The study was stopped early, so results are limited.
