Summary

This study looks at whether a peer-based program can help people recently released from jail or prison get connected to Hepatitis C care and stay in treatment. About 80 participants with chronic Hepatitis C will be randomly assigned to receive the peer program or standard care. The goal is to see if the program improves linkage to care and treatment completion.
