Summary
This is the first study in people to test the safety of a new drug called HCR-188, given as an injection. Researchers will give increasing doses to small groups of overweight or obese volunteers to see how their bodies react and if the drug is well-tolerated. The main goal is to understand the drug's safety profile before testing if it helps with weight loss.
