Summary
This study tests several new drug combinations in 350 adults with advanced liver cancer whose first treatment stopped working. The goal is to quickly find which therapy works best and to use tumor and blood tests to personalize treatment. Participants will receive one of the investigational regimens and be monitored for tumor shrinkage.
