NCT ID NCT07489768
First seen Mar 25, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 9 times
Summary
This study is testing a new blood test that looks for specific genetic markers (GNB4 and Riplet gene methylation) to detect if liver cancer has come back after treatment. About 162 adults who have had or will have surgery, transplant, ablation, or chemoembolization for liver cancer will provide blood samples before and after treatment. The test results will be compared to standard clinical methods to see how accurately it identifies recurrence.
