New hope for tough head & neck cancer: drug combo trial opens

Summary
This study tests a new drug (HCB101) combined with an existing immunotherapy (pembrolizumab) for people with advanced head and neck cancer that no longer responds to platinum chemotherapy. About 50 adults will receive weekly infusions of HCB101 plus pembrolizumab every three weeks. The goal is to see if the combination is safe and can shrink tumors or slow the cancer's growth.
