New PTSD drug HB-1 heads to phase 2 trial – could it ease trauma symptoms?

Summary
This study tests whether a new drug, HB-1, can safely reduce PTSD symptoms compared to a placebo. About 200 adults aged 18 to 65 with PTSD will take the drug or placebo for 12 weeks. Researchers will measure symptom changes using a standard PTSD scale.
