New hope for never-smokers with lung cancer: experimental combo targets resistant tumors

Summary
This study tests whether adding the experimental drug LP-300 to standard chemotherapy can help people who have never smoked and have advanced lung cancer that stopped responding to targeted therapy. About 90 participants will receive either the drug combo or chemo alone. The goal is to see if the combination slows cancer growth and extends survival.
