Summary

This study compared two 8-week exercise programs—Harmoknee and bounding exercises—in 36 male football players aged 18-30. The goal was to see which program better improved strength, balance, agility, and power. Participants were randomly assigned to one of the two programs, and their performance was measured before and after the training.
