Video game boosts health in rural seniors

Summary
This study tested whether playing a special video game called 'HAPPY GO GO' could improve the physical and mental health of older adults (65+) living in rural Taiwan. 120 participants either played the game or did not. The game was designed to be fun and help with balance, strength, and mood. Results will show if this game-based exercise program is a good way to promote health in this community.
