Summary

This study tested whether a 12-week home-based calligraphy exercise program could improve hand function in people with Parkinson's disease. Fifty-three adults with mild to moderate Parkinson's took part. The goal was to see if practicing handwriting could make daily tasks easier and improve quality of life.
