Summary

This study tests a handheld imaging device that can track stem cells after they are injected into the knee. Ten people with mild-to-moderate knee osteoarthritis will receive a single injection of labeled stem cells. The scanner will monitor where the cells go and how long they stay, helping doctors understand if the treatment is working. The goal is to improve how we monitor cell therapies for arthritis.
