New hand training program aims to help kids with cerebral palsy

Summary

This study is testing a special hand and arm exercise program called CHRIST to see if it improves grip strength and hand coordination in children with spastic cerebral palsy. Fourteen children, aged 6 to 12, will do the exercises three times a week for ten weeks. Researchers will measure hand skills and grip strength before and after the program to see if it helps.
