Summary
This study looks at whether a hand massage technique called su-jok can help reduce pain and other symptoms like nausea during periods. Researchers will work with 60 women who have painful periods (primary dysmenorrhea) and measure their pain before and after the massage. The goal is to find a simple, non-drug way to ease menstrual discomfort.
