Can you trust your own hand? study compares patient Self-Assessment to medical tests
NCT ID NCT07388303
First seen Feb 05, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 11 times
Summary
This study looks at 34 people with hand or forearm injuries to see if their own sense of how well their hand works matches up with standard medical tests. Participants will fill out a questionnaire about their hand function and also perform physical tests like gripping and moving small objects. The goal is to better understand how patient-reported outcomes relate to clinical measurements, which could help improve future assessments.
