This study looked at 74 athletes with tight hamstrings to see which therapy works better: Active Release Therapy or Positional Release Therapy. Both groups also received standard physiotherapy like heat and stretching. The goal was to find out which approach reduces pain, improves flexibility, and helps athletes move better.
