This study will follow 70 adults who come to Al-Rajhi University Hospital with bright red or maroon blood in their stool. Researchers want to learn what causes the bleeding, how serious it is, and what happens to patients afterward. No new treatments are being tested; the goal is to gather information to improve future care.
