New filler study aims to plump aging cheeks

Summary
This study tested a new injectable filler called HAC 22L to improve volume loss in the midface area (cheeks) due to aging. About 75 adults who wanted cheek enhancement were randomly assigned to get the filler right away or wait 6 months. The results showed the filler safely improved cheek fullness, with effects lasting up to 24 months.
