Summary
This study tests two different 14-day treatments for H. pylori, a stomach infection that can cause ulcers. About 240 adults will take either tegoprazan or vonoprazan, both with the antibiotic amoxicillin. The goal is to see which combination kills the bacteria better and has fewer side effects.
