Summary
This study compared two different antibiotic combinations to treat H. pylori stomach infections that don't respond to standard antibiotics. Researchers tested these treatments in 782 patients with stomach ulcers, gastritis, or low-grade lymphoma. The goal was to determine which medication approach works better for these difficult-to-treat infections.
