Summary
This study tested a new three-drug combination (DWP14012-based triple therapy) against a standard treatment to see if it can safely and effectively eliminate Helicobacter pylori, a bacteria that can cause stomach ulcers. 461 adults with confirmed H. pylori infection took part. The goal was to check if the new treatment works as well as the current one, especially in cases where the bacteria are resistant to common antibiotics.
