New study aims to improve stomach infection treatment

Summary

This study looks at different combinations of stomach acid-reducing drugs (P-CABs) with bismuth and antibiotics to treat H. pylori infection, a common cause of stomach ulcers. About 1,730 adults aged 18-70 with confirmed H. pylori will receive one of several treatment regimens. The goal is to see which combination works best and causes the fewest side effects.
