First seen Apr 26, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 2 times

Summary

This study compares two ways to treat H. pylori, a stomach infection that can cause ulcers. One group gets a 10-day course of four antibiotics in sequence. The other gets a 7-day treatment chosen based on lab tests of the bacteria's drug resistance. The goal is to see which approach clears the infection more often. The study will include 600 Korean adults who have not been treated for H. pylori before.
