Summary
This study tests a new insulin called GZR33 against a standard insulin (Tresiba) in 350 adults with type 2 diabetes whose blood sugar is not well controlled by pills alone. Participants will receive injections and be followed for 26 weeks to see which insulin works better at lowering blood sugar levels. The goal is to find a safe and effective treatment option for managing diabetes long-term.
