This early-stage study tests an experimental injection called GZR18 in 60 overweight or obese adults. The goal is to see how it affects stomach emptying and whether it changes how common medications like digoxin, rosuvastatin, and warfarin work in the body. Participants will receive the injection and take these oral drugs in a fixed order over about 26 weeks to check for interactions and side effects.
