Summary
This study looks at 200 men with moderate to severe gynecomastia (enlarged male breasts). It compares a newer surgery that removes breast tissue and lifts the nipple-areola complex against standard surgery alone. The goal is to see which approach leads to better healing, flatter chest shape, and higher patient satisfaction.
