Summary
This study compares two surgical approaches for treating moderate to severe gynecomastia (enlarged male breasts). Researchers are testing whether adding a special nipple lift technique to standard laparoscopic gland removal leads to better cosmetic results and higher patient satisfaction. The trial involves 200 male participants and will measure surgical outcomes, recovery, and how patients feel about their appearance after surgery.
