Summary
This study is for people with blood cancers who need a stem cell transplant from an unrelated donor with a different blood type. The goal is to find which drug combination works best to prevent graft-versus-host disease (GVHD), a serious complication where donor cells attack the body. Participants will receive either standard or new drug combinations after transplant and be monitored for up to two years. The trial involves 358 adults and aims to improve survival and quality of life.
