Summary
This study tracks gut bacteria in 25 children (ages 6-17) with juvenile arthritis to see how different treatments—like anti-inflammatories, methotrexate, or biotherapy—change the types and variety of bacteria in their stool. Researchers will also check if those bacterial changes are linked to how well the treatment works. The goal is to understand why some children respond better to certain medicines.
