First seen Feb 06, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 15 times

Summary

This study will analyze the DNA of tumors from 20,000 adults with cancer to find genetic changes that can be targeted with existing drugs or experimental treatments. The goal is to understand how many patients have a 'targetable' mutation and to use that information to guide their care. Participants provide a tumor sample for advanced genetic testing, but no new treatment is given as part of this study.
