Summary
This study looks at how the drug guselkumab affects immune cells in people with two types of psoriasis: plaque and guttate. Researchers will measure changes in skin cells that produce a protein called IL-17. The goal is to better understand how the drug works in these conditions. 25 adults with moderate-to-severe psoriasis are taking part.
