Palate graft study aims to boost implant gum health

Summary
This study looks at taking a small piece of gum tissue from different spots on the roof of the mouth and placing it around dental implants during a second surgery. The goal is to see which spot gives thicker, healthier gum tissue around the implant. Thirty adults with missing lower premolar or molar teeth will be followed for several months using photos, X-rays, and digital scans.
