First seen Apr 24, 2026 · Last updated Jun 05, 2026 · Updated 10 times

Summary

This study tests a dental implant procedure for people with thin jawbone. Surgeons will place the implant and use the patient's own bone chips and special growth factor membranes to rebuild the bone around it. The study will check bone density and gum thickness before, right after, and 4 months after the procedure. Only 8 adults with healthy gums and no serious medical conditions can join.
