NCT ID NCT07544095

First seen Apr 30, 2026 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026

Summary

This study looked at whether a relaxation technique called guided imagery can reduce nausea and vomiting and improve mental well-being in early pregnancy. 106 women in their first trimester took part, with half learning guided imagery and the other half receiving standard care. The goal was to see if this simple, drug-free approach could help manage common pregnancy symptoms.
