Summary
This early-stage study tests a single dose of a new drug called GTX-B001 in healthy volunteers and people with chronic inducible urticaria — a condition where cold or scratching causes painful hives. The main goal is to check safety and side effects. About 72 people will take part, and the study is currently recruiting.
