Summary
This early-stage study tests a new cell therapy called GT729 for people with chronic graft-versus-host disease (cGVHD) that hasn't improved with standard treatments. cGVHD is a condition where donor immune cells attack the patient's body after a stem cell transplant. The study will enroll 36 adults aged 18-65 and will primarily check for safety and side effects, while also looking at whether the treatment can reduce disease symptoms.
