First seen Feb 05, 2026 · Last updated Jun 17, 2026 · Updated 22 times

Summary

This early-phase study tests a new cell therapy called GT719 in about 30 adults with kidney diseases caused by the immune system, such as IgA nephropathy and membranous nephropathy. The treatment is given as an injection, and the main goals are to check if it is safe and to find the best dose. Researchers will also look for early signs that it might help control the disease.
