Summary
This study tests a new drug, GSK5733584, against standard chemotherapy for people whose endometrial cancer has come back or spread. About 600 adults will take part to see if the new drug shrinks tumors better and helps people live longer without the cancer growing. The goal is to find a more effective treatment option for this tough-to-treat cancer.
