Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called GSK5471713 in about 54 adults with a type of advanced prostate cancer that has spread and stopped responding to standard hormone treatments. The main goals are to check the drug's safety, find the right dose, and see if it can help control the cancer. Participants must have tried at least one prior targeted therapy and be in reasonably good health.
