First seen May 29, 2026 · Last updated Jun 17, 2026 · Updated 3 times
Summary
This study looks at whether adults with Glycogen Storage Disease Type I (GSDI) can safely eat foods with natural fruit sugars (fructose and galactose) without harming their metabolic control. The goal is to see if current strict dietary limits can be relaxed to improve quality of life without risking health.
