First seen Feb 20, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 11 times
Summary
This early-stage study tests a new drug called GS101 in healthy volunteers to see how it compares to the approved eczema treatment Dupixent. The goal is to check if GS101 is processed similarly in the body, how safe it is, and whether it triggers an immune response. About 294 healthy men in China will take part, receiving a single dose of either GS101 or Dupixent.
