Summary
This phase 2 study tested whether GS1-144 tablets can reduce moderate to severe hot flashes in Chinese women going through menopause. 129 women took either the drug or a placebo for 12 weeks. The main goal was to see if the drug lowered the number and severity of hot flashes and improved quality of life.
