First human tests begin for new cancer drug
NCT ID NCT05006794
Summary
This is an early-stage study to test the safety and side effects of a new drug called zamzetoclax (GS-9716) in people with advanced solid tumors. The main goal is to find the highest dose that can be given safely, both when the drug is used alone and when it is combined with other cancer treatments. The study will also measure how the drug moves through the body and look for early signs that it might help control the cancer.
