New drug combo targets tough cancers in early trial

Summary
This early-stage study tests a new drug called GS-2121, given alone or with another drug (zimberelimab), in adults with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments. The main goal is to check safety and find the best dose. About 154 participants will take part.
